Types of renal calculi-:
Primary stones are those appear in healthy urinary tract without any antecedent inflammation those stones usually consists of calcium oxalate , uric acid, urates, cysteine, xanthine or calcium carbonate.
Secondary stones are formed as results of inflammation urea splitting organisms are most often the causative organism these stones are mostly composed of calcium ammonium magnesium phosphate so called triple phosphate.
